Packaging
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our wax stamp, and placed in a branded kraft bag or box. Delicate or embroidered pieces receive extra protective wrapping at no extra charge.
Order Tracking
Log in to your account anytime to see your order status. Once dispatched, you receive a courier tracking link via SMS and email. For WhatsApp tracking updates, message us with your order number.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply on arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurate values on all shipments.
Delays & Issues
Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays. If your order is more than 3 days late, contact us immediately — we will investigate and make it right.
