Yes. Every garment is handcrafted by our trained artisans in Siaya, Kenya. We do not produce factory-line fashion. Each piece receives individual attention through our seven-stage quality control process.

We source classic Vitenge prints from Uganda, flowing Dera designs from along the Kenyan coast, and authentic woven Kikoi from Tanzania's coastline. Every fabric is hand-inspected for quality before entering our atelier.

Yes. Select Vitenge fabrics are available for purchase by the yard (minimum 3 yards). These are marked as "Material" in our shop. You can also use our Design Studio to visualise a finished garment before ordering the fabric.

You may cancel or modify an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, our returns policy applies. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

We offer free alterations within 60 days of purchase. Contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the fit issue and we will arrange collection and return. For a size exchange, our standard returns process applies.

Yes. We stock and make to order up to size 3XL. All garments can be made in any size at the same price — simply provide your measurements at checkout. We believe beautiful clothing has no size limit.

Our size charts show both UK/EU sizing and exact centimetre measurements. We recommend using the centimetre measurements for the most accurate fit, especially for custom orders.

Within Siaya and surrounding areas: same or next day. Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa: 1–2 business days. All other Kenya counties: 2–4 business days. East Africa: 3–7 days. International: 7–18 days depending on destination.

We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee on all ready-made items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Custom orders are non-refundable but include free alterations within 60 days.

WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return reference number within 4 hours. Pack the item securely and send it back — your refund is processed within 3 business days of receipt.

M-Pesa refunds are processed within 24 hours of our receiving your return. Card refunds take 3–7 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation when the refund is issued.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all costs and arrange courier collection at our expense.

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill and Till), Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery for Siaya and Kisumu areas. All card payments are processed securely. International customers may pay via card or bank transfer.

The Design Studio is our AI-powered tool that lets you visualise how a fabric would look made into a specific garment — before you order. Choose a preset style, build your own with our chip selector, or upload a sketch. The AI generates a full styling description and tailoring notes.

Standard custom orders (made to your measurements from our existing designs) take 5–7 business days. Fully bespoke designs — created from scratch — take 10–14 business days. We keep you updated at every stage.

Yes. Send us a photo or description via WhatsApp and our artisans will assess whether we can recreate it using our fabrics and techniques. We'll provide a quote and timeline within 24 hours.
